Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver flexible, expert training that strengthens client capability across crisis preparedness, emergency response and humanitarian support. By equipping our clients to plan, prepare, respond and recover effectively from crisis, the role directly supports Kenyonβs mission to provide trusted, compassionate and highly specialised crisis management services worldwide.
Scope & Decision-Making Authority
- Autonomous Decision making:
- Can adapt content flow, timing, and exercises in response to delegate requirements or operational constraints.
- Can determine training delivery methods and facilitation techniques appropriate for the audience.
- Can implement minor improvements to training materials where these do not change approved content.
- Escalation points:
- Any changes to approved content, course objectives, or regulatory wording.
