RESPONSIBILITIES
: Provide accurate modeling, thermal simulations, and characterization of power products and system architecture Correlate simulation results with test data Provide design guidance and consideration to customers on power applications against their design requirements. Perform design feasibility experiments and verifications to determine thermal impact of product solutions. Build technical relationships with our customer’s engineering and thermal teams. Provide world class technical support to our customers. QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3+ years of experience in CFD simulation and thermal analysis. Strong knowledge of heat transfer, thermal dynamics, thermal management of electronics, and advanced electronic cooling methods and thermal compliance testing standards.
