About the job Associate Tele-underwriting consultant

You’ll be based at our client operations division at our Port Elizabeth office. You’ll report to our team leader: Tele-underwriting who is accountable for all our captured proposal applications and tele-underwriting functions.

You must have passed grade 12/matric with Maths literacy or NFS achievement level 3.

Your experience:

• You must have exceptional telephone skills
• Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology is preferable
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is preferable
