Role Summary The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire high-quality technical talent aligned with Artic Consulting’s business and client delivery needs. Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development – Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking channels. Screening & Candidate Assessment – Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical and cultural fit. Stakeholder / Hiring Manager Management – Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and timelines....
