Job Description

This role will be based out of Notified Office located on the 14th Floor, AIA Tower (formerly Philam Life Tower), 8767 Paseo de Roxas, Bel‑Air, Makati City. At this time, you are expected to work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Job Summary

The Associate Support Specialist manages the delivery of services to global clients to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met or exceeded. This role provides day‑to‑day client advice and support for Investor Relations (IR) and Public Relations (PR) needs, while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
