We are delighted to be working with a national business, to recruit an Associate Supervising Solicitor, to join a varied, high volume litigation department. In this role, you'll provide technical supervision to a team of five, primarily overseeing Small Claims and Fast Track matters. You'll also manage your own caseload of consumer and commercial contract disputes, assessing prospects, negotiating settlements, and litigating through the Civil Courts when required. Supporting Senior and Principal Associates and delivering exceptional client service will be central to your work.
