Position Summary
Contributes, with technical and scientific expertise to the design and development of high quality products on time, within budget, and with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Acts as a team leader for 2nd shift (Sunday – Thursday 3 – 11 PM).
Primary Duties
+ Leads 2nd shift team for completion of assigned activities with limited supervision.
+ Process biological specimen samples using aseptic techniques and following lab safety protocols.
+ Performs data collection, interprets, and draws conclusions in an organized manner to continue the development process.
+ Contributes to the development of tools for analyzing large performance data sets generated from experiments.
+ Produces and presents technical information, both written and verbal, for internal and external audiences.
+ Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
