The primary responsibility of the Assoc Specialist is to ensure that general maintenance and repairs within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings, including tenants are carried out within the service level agreement.

• Ensure that all maintenance and repair requests received within the NTT DATA office environment and related buildings are carried out in line with the service level agreement
