Our Shipping, Trade & Commodities practice supports stakeholders across the global maritime ecosystem. The team’s practice spans both contentious and transactional matters, including charterparty agreements, bills of lading, cargo claims, shipbuilding contracts, salvage, collisions, and multi-jurisdictional arbitration.
