Position Overview
Purpose of the Role To formulate and execute strategies to drive the success of retention and growth of the sales force
Key Responsibilities - Establish recruitment goals and introduce measurements to determine key success factors
- Formulate and drive initiatives for existing leaders to sustain and increase the agency strength
- Recruitment growth for organic and inorganic new leaders and wealth managers
- Work with the business development team to deliver and track success of the group
- Organise and execute recruitment activities
- Work with training department to develop and improve performance for new sales force
- Provide clear strategy for different segmentation of potential recruits i.e. experienced agents, mid-career switch, specific industry cross-over, fresh graduates, etc.
