Responsibilities Supports to Manage a portfolio of TP engagements; Be part of the team to assist with TP documentation preparation, related party transactions forms, TP health-check, TP planning and regional advisory reports and tax audits; Review and draft related party transaction agreements; Prepare/draft tax advisory for clients for restructuring and/or CITQ; Prepare financial and economic analysis/benchmarking analysis; Involved with other broader tax matters such as fee proposals, etc.
Requirements Any recognised Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Economics and related qualifications. 1 – 3 years and 2 – 5 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing will be considered for Associate and Senior role respectively, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply! Att...
