Position Overview
Job Description The A*STAR International Partnerships Office (IPO) is responsible for driving and coordinating A*STAR’s international partnerships and engagements in support of A*STAR’s mission.
Responsibilities - Providing administrative and logistical support for visits, meetings and trips by A*STAR management and IPO team
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for various meeting platforms, events and workstreams managed by IPO
- Assisting in event planning and management of events (e.g. conferences, seminars, workshops and meetings)
- Assisting in administrative, budget-related, logistical and procurement activities for IPO
- Assisting in IPO’s knowledge management process via housekeeping and archiving of documentation pertaining to meeting materials, submissions and records of decisions
