Key Responsibilities
Design & conduct critical experiments that further project goals.Implement & may innovate new experimental protocols/techniques.Understand goals & maintain a high proficiency in his/her projects & overall program.Interpret results & draw conclusions from own multistage experiments, note significant deviations, then suggest, design, & pursue relevant experiments.Understand relevant scientific literature & apply theoretical framework to solving problems within scientific discipline in a timely manner.Perform routine & complex tasks competently & independently & generate reliable & consistent results.Impact projects mostly through lab &/or pilot plant-based activities.Qualifications
