Key Responsibilities

• Execute hands‑on development of human in vitro models and functional assays to support translational research programs.
• Generate high‑quality data to characterize the mode of action of novel therapeutic candidates across cardiovascular, renal, and hematology indications.
• Perform cell culture and functional assay workflows independently with strong attention to scientific rigor, data quality, and reproducibility.
• Contribute to the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of experimental approaches and assay performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work and support implementation of laboratory best practices and quality standards.
