Generate and validate customer quotes & rebates in alignment with pricing policies, discount structures, and contract terms to ensure accurate application of rebate programs and timely resolution of discrepancies.
Maintain pricing and rebate data in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
Partner with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and meet service level agreements.
Support audit and compliance efforts by maintaining accurate documentation and transaction records.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Provide reporting on quote volumes, rebate accruals, and error rates.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
1-2 years of experience in quoting, pricing, or rebate operations within a transactional or shared services environment.
