Role Overview This role is responsible for driving revenue across our Off Plan portfolio while building and managing a high-performing team of consultants. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will design and execute the off-plan sales strategy, develop talent, and establish systems that support sustainable, scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities Off Plan Sales Strategy & Revenue - Lead the overall off-plan sales strategy in alignment with company growth objectives
- Build and manage strong relationships with key developers and project partners
- Drive revenue through strategic deal structuring, pricing strategies, and pipeline management
- Analyse performance metrics and continuously optimise conversion and sales velocity
Team Leadership & Development - Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing off-plan sales team
