Position Overview
As an Associate Sales Director, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy required to grow and maximise revenue growth for large/multiple areas. You will manage the team to success whilst keeping your finger on the pulse and being commercially aware of what is happening in the market.

- Coach and mentor Area Sales Managers to develop leadership and team management skills
- Coach and train new hires through training, testing skill sets via mock sessions and role plays
- Maintain relationships with Tierβ―1 agencies
- Maintain a high level of domain knowledge to engage prospects in meaningful conversations
