Job Description
Reporting to a Research Director, an AssociateResearch Director oversees various accounts and multiple projects and brings technical expertise to the research team, while developing a team of Research Managers.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
Responsible for a few accounts in the cluster and the business development
2. Project Management:
a. Complex Proposals and Tenders
b. Actively supervising the Research managers
c. Bringing their technical expertise and best practices
d. Workload Management
e. Ensuring that the Research Managers are properly trained and coached
3. Strategy:
Strategic recommendations based on client's feedback, market trends and operational performance
4. Revenue:
a. Ensure targets for the accounts are met
b. Develop proactive plans to address potential risks and opportunities of their accounts
