This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

As Associate Relations Advisor, you will execute all associate relations issues, provide detailed data analysis and draw meaningful conclusions from the case management system to better educate managers on associate relations best practices.


What You’ll Do
+ Address associate relations concerns, issues and inquiries, including harassment claims, associate conduct and performance issues and accommodation requests
+ Conduct confidential investigations, evaluate cases and provide resolutions for multiple levels of associate relations claims
+ Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for all associate relations-related inquiries and concerns
