We’re looking for a dynamic, results-drivenAssociate RegionalSalesDirector (ARD)to support our field sales and education strategy across the Western U.S. market, with a focus on Sephora and Ulta Beauty. This hybrid role blends leadership, strategy, and in-field execution—ideal for a high-performing field leader ready to step into broader responsibilities without the full scope of a Regional Director. You’ll serve as a bridge between our Sales & Education Managers (SEMs) and the National Director, overseeing performance across your sub-region while supporting 2+ direct reports. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone passionate about mentorship, retail relationships, and driving excellence in-store. Travel up to 70% of the time is expected, including occasional overnights and weekends.
