Support recruiters and hiring managers by posting jobs internally, working closely with hiring manager to get offer details and necessary approvals and completing process through Workday.
Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters and internal candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience
Develop strong and effective team relationships across Talent Acquisition, Operations, and HR specialist functions/centers of excellence, e.g., , Finance, etc.
Provide reports and maintain data on daily activities
New-hire onboarding support to ensure smooth onboarding process
Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations in order to ensure company compliance
Manage the candidate process in our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
