The primary role of the Associate Recruiter is to proactively identify, source, and recruit qualified candidates that meet the requirements of client career opportunities. This role operates under the guidance of a Practice Director , who will support professional development, assign weekly job vacancies, and monitor workflow.

Associate Recruiters are expected to manage their assigned workload efficiently, ensuring timely identification, qualification, and submission of candidates. The goal is to handle 2–4 assigned job vacancies per week , producing 5–8 qualified candidate submittals weekly .
