What You will do
To follow the Safety & Quality norms as per company Policy.To check and assure shift wise quality of all the UHT/Hot fill products.To analyze various parameters of online production as per SOP.To ensure dispensing of RM’s & Ingredients as per batch card/ recipe.To check and clear batch for final processing and packing.To check & assure the process control parameters.To verify the cleanliness of process equipment/ Line clearance.To take swabs of process equipment.To check and verify CCP of process. Responsible for taking of online sample of incubation, micro and shelf life. Daily Calibration & Annual maintenance of the Lab equipment. To raise NC, note for NC products. Online RM, PM, FG Testing.
