Key Responsibilities
Partnership Administration: Maintain accurate databases of volunteers, corporate volunteers/sponsors, non-profit partners, and grassroots organizations. Draft and send routine partnership correspondence.Track programme/activity attendance and update performance metrics. Assist to gather feedback from volunteers, partners, residents and family members.Assist in preparing reports for management or funding grants. Volunteer & Participant Support: Assist with volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training and scheduling.Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing/supporting volunteer-led events, workshops, and outreach programmes.
