Job Description
The incumbent will be working within the products division (Ecommerce). Working closely with the team ( product director, GCM, Category manager/executives ) to provide support in day to day administrative tasks.
Job Scope:
Working with the buying team to liaise with suppliers for product enquiries such as listing/samples/getting of images Responsible for the maintenance and submission of product and promotion listings in FPON platform Carry out all administrative work such as form submission to relevant departments and email correspondence with suppliers Support and assist buyers to follow up on certain tasks such as following up with suppliers clear free goods in warehouse and aging stocks Assist buyers on Market Place matters by following up with sellers (for tasks such as unhiding of sku/sellers' enquries) Assist buyers on customer service feedback (zen desk ti...
