You independently own and drive well-defined problem areas within the Knowledge Management domain. You translate ambiguous customer and business needs into shipped, adopted product features. You make strong day-to-day product decisions with minimal dependency on leadership. You consistently improve product usability, scalability, and AI-driven intelligence. You build deep domain expertise in enterprise KM, search, content management, and AI-assisted knowledge discovery. What You’ll Do
As an APM, you will be responsible for leading the product design and development process, from ideation to launch. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
