Job Scope

The Associate - Presales supports the Sales team with technical coordination, material preparation, and relationship management for effective pre‑sales operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales team by coordinating technical aspects of pre‑sales activities
• Support the Sales team in responding to customers requests understanding requirements, and tailoring proposals
• Support the Presales Engineer in creating demos, proposal documentations, and presentations
• Complete required pre‑sales documentation in a quick and accurate manner
• Provide support to the company partners and customers
• Respond to after‑hours support queries during assigned rotations and escalate issues if needed

Position Requirements

• French speaking language will be an advantage
