**Role Overview**
The People Support Coordinator (LTE) is a high-volume, execution-focused role supporting peak hiring activity. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of offers and hiring transactions within Oracle systems.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

+ Prepare and issue offer letters and contracts in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
+ Ensure correct screening packages are selected and initiated
+ Validate candidate and assignment data prior to system submission
