Position Overview:

The Associate, People Operations (POA) will be responsible for supporting Manager, People Operations (POM) in managing People Operations support services include personnel administration, logistics support for hiring process, logistics support for staff development and Room to Read  learning resources, staff meeting and team building activities, staff orientation program, management of employment contracts and personnel records, administer compensation and benefits plan, and follow up People Operations-related rules and regulations.
