Aon is seeking a commercially driven Associate Partner, Employee Rewards to accelerate growth across broad-based compensation and workforce rewards solutions. This senior client-facing role will originate and deliver complex compensation engagements, deepen relationships with RMCD (Radford McLagan Compensation Database) clients across priority industry sectors, and connect clients to Aon’s broader Human Capital capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience, proven revenue generation, and the ability to lead integrated teams in delivering market-informed, data-driven rewards strategies that help organizations attract, retain , and engage talent.
