Job Duties: Conducting investment due diligence, financial review and modelling, and preparation of investment committee materials. Assisting with executing investments, including working with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate, document, and close transactions. Performing market research, including research on potential investments, as well as industries, sectors, and themes of potential interest.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related field and two (2) years of experience as a Consultant, Director, Associate, Analyst or a related role.
