Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated **Associate, New Equipment Ops** with a passion for construction, leading and coaching teams, to assist the New Equipment Superintendent and field operations team.

On a typical day you will:

+ Assist New Equipment Superintendent with directing, supervising and leading the performance of the field operations team as required
+ Assist with ordering parts as applicable
+ Coordinate all material deliveries and issuing purchase orders
+ Develop an understanding of and assist in maintaining our safety program
