**Associate Merchant, Women's Shoes** **Relocation Required to Bentonville, AR. This role is onsite 5 days a week.** As an Associate Merchant, you’ll be a key driver in shaping the future of the Women’s Shoes- Modern & Trend Brands business, serving as both a customer advocate and strategic business leader. You’ll identify emerging trends, build compelling assortments, and bring innovative products and experiences to life across stores and eCommerce channels. Combining creativity with data-driven decision making, you’ll leverage the scale, partnerships, and reach of the Walmart ecosystem to transform the category, drive growth, and make an impact for millions of customers and families every day.
