Position Summary:

The Associate Medical Director is a strategic medical affairs role supporting the development and lifecycle of innovative retinal therapeutics. Serves as a key medical and scientific partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, including retina specialists, investigators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs), contributing meaningfully to evidence generation, scientific exchange, and medical decision-making across the drug development continuum. Retina clinical research experts responsible for the co-development and execution of Medical Collaboration scientific strategies spanning clinical development studies (phases 1-3), post-marketing studies, and payer-informed research activities.
