ROLE DESCRIPTION

+ Part of India’s Leadership Team, leads the strategic direction of marketing efforts within the local market, ensuring alignment with area and global objectives while driving business growth.
+ Responsible for all aspects of Marketing activities including HCP, Consumer, Digital, CRM and Customer Experience.
+ Responsible for leading the marketing team, optimizing execution, and ensuring marketing strategies contribute to long-term success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with global and area objectives.
+ Provide leadership to India’s marketing team, ensuring clear goals, performance tracking, and continuous development.
+ Collaborate with affiliate leadership team and stakeholders in Commercial, Sales, Medical etc., to align marketing execution with business priorities.
