Job Title: Associate Manufacturing
Job Description
The Associate of Manufacturing will work in a dynamic production environment at a North Carolina drug substance plant, supporting development, clinical, and launch activities. Under general supervision, the employee will perform manufacturing operations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Responsibilities

+ Perform hands-on operations including set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of manufacturing equipment.

+ Prepare buffers and media following defined manufacturing procedures and SOPs.

+ Strictly adhere to safety and compliance standards by following GMP documents, SOPs, and MPs.

+ Perform and monitor critical processes, including basic troubleshooting.

+ Conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment.

+ Perform washroom activities, cleaning small and large-scale production equipment.

+ Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
