Responsible for delivering In Air new product development and maintenance projects through the full End‑to‑End process. The role leads cross‑functional and regional teams by establishing and maintaining integrated project plans, ensuring scope, deliverables, success criteria, timelines, and risks are clearly defined, owned, and executed.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams (R&D, Packaging, Process Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory) to deliver moderate‑to‑high‑complexity projects from ideation through commercialization.
• Define, maintain, and document integrated project plans including scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, critical path, and ownership.
