Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic business plans for key retail accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
Drive category growth through merchandising, promotions, and shopper insights.
Lead Joint Business Planning and conduct annual business reviews with retailers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
