  Responsibilities: 
  Associate Manager, People Analytics 
 IFF is a global creator and manufacturer of scent, taste, nutrition, and biosciences solutions that puts the needs of our people, customers, and communities at the heart of what we do.
 The  Associate Manager, People Analytics  will support the Director, People Analytics to deliver data, analytics and insights that support our people and business needs. This will include ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data, reporting, and analytics from Workday and other data sources.
  
 Partner closely with HR Business Partners to build dashboards, analytics & reports for internal customers using Workday reporting tools, excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
 Distill data related to performance, compensation, diversity, learning, recruiting etc. into actionable metrics.
