About The Role

Associate Manager, I&O – Network Engineering/Architecture is a solutions architect and project resource responsible for supporting and optimizing SC Johnson’s global network environment. Reporting to the Lead Network Architect, this role ensures secure, highly available network infrastructure while driving network‑related projects across architects, engineers, and managed service providers. The role translates high‑level designs into implementable solutions, collaborates across enterprise and infrastructure teams, and supports operational processes including change, incident, and problem management. It also contributes to budget, vendor, and resource management while aligning network strategies with business needs.
