**Description**

The **Associate Manager, NA Compliance & HR Programs** supports North America (NA) HR compliance activities and provides regional HR program management and delivery support for priority initiatives. Reporting to the Head of NA Employee Relations and Compliance, this role works closely with the NA HR Compliance Manager and partners with Legal. This role provides structured operational support across HR compliance, Employee Relations (ER), workforce transformation execution, and program management for cross functional initiatives within the region.

The role is intentionally designed for a self-starting, solution-focused HR professional who can lead assigned workstreams, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to the development of guidance, tools, and processes that support consistent and effective HR compliance across the region.
