Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Develop and execute hiring strategies for roles such as dealers, relationship managers, research analysts and back-office staff Coordinate with department heads to forecast hiring needs Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviews, onboarding) 2.
