**Position Summary**

The Associate Asset Manager in Poland is responsible for driving effective asset and inventory management strategies within the Polish market, in close alignment with EEMEA frameworks and standards. This new role partners closely with local business and functional leaders to optimize inventory in the field, improve capital efficiency, and deliver strong financial and operational outcomes.

**What You Will Do**

+ Partner with Polish Business Unit leaders, Finance, and Supply Planning teams to optimize asset and inventory levels in the field.
+ Provide data‑driven recommendations to local leadership on consignment levels, asset deployment, and capital investment (CERs).
+ Own and drive local RCC processes, ensuring full compliance with SOX, finance, and regulatory requirements.
+ Manage lifecycle activities including consignment write‑offs, disposals, expiry management, PLCM, and phase‑in/phase‑out processes.
