Reporting to the VP and Chief Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting litigation and discovery processes across the organization. You will manage legal holds, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with discovery workflows. **Your Impact**

+ Support ongoing operation of legal holds and use of third-party legal hold system (Exterro) to manage and track compliance with legal holds, including communication with custodians, IT, outside counsel, and other internal stakeholders.
+ Manage e-discovery processes to support litigation matters and responses to subpoenas, including document preservation, collection, data transfer, and review processes.
