What You Will Do

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, including research, analysis, and strategy development.
• Prepare and file court documents, such as pleadings, claim forms, memoranda of advice, and skeleton submissions.
• Conduct client interviews, witness interviews, and negotiations.
• Represent clients in meetings, and other dispute resolution proceedings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest legal developments and trends in the offshore financial services industry.
