Incumbent’s primary function is to oversee the print buying processes as well as purchases from 3rd party vendors to facilitate the production of Our Sunday Visitor’s products and promotional material. Incumbent has an indirect input into the scheduling and coordination of the internal workflow at Our Sunday Visitor.

Essential Job Functions (*=Non-essential tasks):

+ Specify, quote, select, coordinate and oversee all aspects of the production for products, promotions and office supplies for the Publishing Division.

+ Oversee all production aspects for Our Sunday Visitor Curriculum Division products.

+ Monitor and review all production processes for opportunities to increase efficiency and/or cost savings

+ Monitor new production and technological advancements in the marketplace for publishing applications

+ Coordinate with OSV’s Postal Manager to ensure postal compliance, deliverability of product and maximum postage savings
