What you will be working on:

• Corporate and commercial law (e.g., entity formation, SEC compliance, board matters, contracts, and due diligence).
• Labor and employment — labor compliance and advisory work.
• Intellectual property — trademark applications, IP portfolio management, and licensing agreements.
• Documentation and regulatory filings.
• Assistance in property transfer transactions and related documentation.
• Occasional litigation work as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing.
• 0–2 years of experience (newly admitted lawyers are welcome to apply).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Solid legal writing and research skills.
• A team player who can work independently when needed.
• Genuinely interested in commercial law work and is willing to grow with the Firm.
