We are looking to recruit an associate Lawyer to join our growing Banking & Finance Litigation practice.

Your mission

You will assist our domestic and international clients in a variety of litigation matters relating to Banking & Finance:

• Credit and lending disputes;

• Fraud-related issues and claims,

• Enforcement of guarantees and security interest (lenders and borrowers);

• Loan and asset recovery proceedings.

You will work closely with Partners and senior members of the team on complex and high-stakes litigation matters. You will also carry out legal research, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and collaborate with other departments on cross-pr...
