Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform legal research, compliance, due diligence related work Escalate queries based on sample documents as and when required Report metrics appropriately Track and report quality for the QC’ed work Contribute best practices for the work performed Maintain confidentiality of all information of organization and client information Complete work on time along with maintaining the required quality Ensure that the daily targets are achieved Work as a team member Work on different platforms (CLM tools) and adopt new technologies Required Skills/Abilities:
