Job Description

Part of Kolkata Corporate Team, physical reporting in Mumbai
Exposure in making first draft of transactions for M&A and PE transactions
Exposure in due diligence exercises and negotiations on transaction documents with minimum partner supervision
Exhibit strong practice skills including (a) oral and written advocacy; (b) contract drafting; (c) analysing and communicating technical matters
Efficiently manage timelines of assignments and are a multi-tasker able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Solution-oriented approach with proven ability to close transactions independently with minimal supervision.
Outstanding communication skills - both written and verbal - with a proven ability to communicate to all clients (internal and external)
